3/2/2005 01:55:00 PM|||Chench|||The word of the day is empathy. It means to feel someone else's pain. To know what they're going through or to put yourself in their shoes. When it comes to dealing with people, I always try to realisticly see the world from their point of view. Sometime, it's not so easy and I need to be reminded. I think that in difficult or new situations it's probably a good idea to ask for someone's point of view and to share your own. Communication is the key.
