Believe it or not, sometimes it's hard to find something to write about for The Little Things, but when I discover a topic I feel pretty good about it. Today is Wisdom and Experience. I was thinking real hard yesterday and today to come up with a topic but was drawing a blank.(outside of the obvious that I don't want to dwell on.) I realized that I really didn't do a whole lot yesterday. I've got the fortune(misfortune?) of being off for the week. I did housework yesterday but didn't get out much. I usually get my best ideas on the train or walking to work. By experiencing what's around me. I realized early this morning that by staying in is restful but frustrating. We don't learn much by staring at the same four walls day after day. There's no wisdom gained in complacency. Learn by doing and experiencing.
On a lighter note concerning the "obvious" not spoken about above, songs that will not make The Little Things. . . .
Stuck inside these four walls. Sent inside forever. "Band On The Run"
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow, carry on, carry on. "Bohemian Rhapsody"
Gonna make a jailbrake. "Jailbreak"
Shifty Henry said to Bugs, "For Heaven's sake, no one's lookin', now's our chance to make a break." "Jailhouse Rock"
Oh Mama I'm in fear for my life from the long arm of the law. "Renegade"
Any others?
