You could throw things, beat your computer, eat, starve yourself, kick the dog, etc. Or, you could do some push-ups, do some jogging, meditate, go for a drive, etc. Think about the impact of those different ways to deal. The first group negativley impacts you and most likely causes stress for those around you as well. The second group not only is a big help to reduce your stress, but possibly healthy in other ways as well. The second group also has no negative effect on anyone else. Sometimes we all need to scream. Get in your car, shut the windows and do it. Then go for a walk.
