"Thanks." "Thank you." It's probably the most important prase in the English language. When you acknowledge a friend or loved one, it shows them you appreciate and valve them and what they've done to deserve the thanks. It helps to bond that relationship and increases the chances that that person will help you again in the future when you need it.
"Giving." first of all, "giving" is the best way to get "thanks!" What a vicious circle huh? You can give time and money to charity. You can give 110% at work. You can give someone a hand or lend an ear. (Don't ever "give" an ear, music sounds much helter in stereo.) Most of all and easiest of all, you can give thanks.
Think about everything you do this holiday. Think about everything you have Think about everyone you have. Think, "what would life belike without this, that or the other thing." Think about each person in your life and then think what life would be like without them. That's a pretty hard place for me to go.
Consider what you have and what it means to you. Appreciate it. Give thanks. Whether it be to your friends, family, boss, God or all of the above, give thanks.
