Katherine is back but at her mom's and Gary is gone. He's having a blast up at Gramma B's again. Summer vacations coliding or missing each other, whatever. Kris and I are sitting here not talking and missing the kids. Some of you may know what it's like not having your kids around for extended periods. It's all I've ever dealt with so I'm pretty used to the feeling. It's a sucky feeling, but I'm used to it. I deal. I guess it will make it easier on me when they're older and move out on their own. Who knows. I sure wouldn't say I'm better off or "stronger" because of it. I'd rather be weaker. Love them, miss them.

Hey, this blog is about good stuff... We talked to Gary and he's have a great time. Katherine was here all weekend and outside of one little incident where she didn't get her way at the pool, she was wonderful as usual. There. How's that? :-)
