7/29/2004 11:56:56 AM|||Chench|||Music.  My savior.  I FINALLY got back my Queen - The Game cd from Dora.  This is one of my favorite albums of all time.  It's also the first "rock" album I ever owned and I still have the vinyl.  Sunday I dropped off Katherine and then proceeded to attempt to meltdown the stereo in my car.  The stereo did awesome, however I lost my voice for a short while after the ride.  From begining to end, Freddy Mercury kicks ass on this record.  He's way on top of my list of singers I wish I could keep up with.  Singing along with a record like that is such therapy for me.  It's an incredible physical release and an emotional one for me too.  Not only have I owned this particuular album since I was 12 which brings back some very old memories, the songs in the album range from sweet love songs to pounding angry songs with some good old rock and roll in there as well.  Great stuff.
